Jaime Geer
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Lead Instructor
With 13 years of teaching experience and thousands of hours guiding students, Jaime Geer combines the heart of a yoga teacher with the foundation of a trained educator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and has training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial Yoga.
Jaime believes teacher training is about more than learning to sequence poses or lead a class. It is an opportunity to deepen your practice, discover your authentic voice, and learn how to create a supportive space for others.
Throughout the program, Jaime guides students through teaching methodology, sequencing, alignment, breathwork, philosophy, and the many layers of yoga—both on and off the mat. Her goal is to give each student the knowledge, confidence, and tools to teach in a way that feels true to who they are.
As an experienced international yoga retreat planner and host, Jaime also brings a passion for creating intentional experiences centered on yoga, travel, personal growth, and meaningful connection.
Her philosophy:
Practice with intention. Teach with authenticity. Create space for transformation.
Heather Filice
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Lead Instructor
With more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry—including 10 years as a personal trainer and six years teaching yoga—Heather Filice brings a well-rounded, safe, and functional approach to the mat. She holds a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and is currently expanding her knowledge through an advanced 300-hour program. Heather is also certified in Aerial and Chair Yoga, helping her create practices that are accessible, creative, and adaptable for different bodies and ability levels.
Heather believes yoga is about much more than physical movement. With a deep appreciation for yoga philosophy and mythology, she weaves storytelling and ancient wisdom into modern practice, helping students connect with the tradition and meaning behind what they experience on the mat.
Throughout the program, Heather encourages students to approach yoga with curiosity, awareness, and respect for their own bodies. Her background in personal training and adaptive yoga allows her to offer a thoughtful perspective on safe movement, functional alignment, and creating inclusive classes where students feel supported.
Heather’s love of yoga extends wherever she travels. Whether visiting another state, city, or country, she seeks out local studios and community classes—continually learning from new teachers, practices, and perspectives around the world.
Her philosophy:
Yoga is more than a workout; it is a lifelong journey of exploration, both on the mat and out in the world.
